Respect.Studio is an award-winning digital marketing agency with a critical focus on B2B, established in 2015. Essentially – we are a team of digital marketing enthusiasts (or rather ”digital natives”) helping businesses to generate leads and build brands using alternative marketing channels. Our primary expertise lies within LinkedIn, and we consider ourselves one of the best teams in this niche.

  • We have two offices: one – in Lviv, Ukraine, and another one – in North America (we’ve got team members from Canada).
  • We provide services to clients worldwide (mainly from the US, Canada, and Australia).

Note: This is not about a full-time job and not a daily engagement. We expect successful results, not hours in the office.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Over 3 years of experience in a company as an accountant (Ukr, Eur, USA);
  • Degree in economics, finance, or other related fields;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Intermediate level of English in both oral and written communication;
  • Advanced PC user; MS Office, Internet, etc.;
  • Minimum 3 years of the overall experience, with experience in audit, financial analysis/control, or other related fields;
  • Confidentiality processing of confidential financial information;
  • Knowledge of necessary tax & accounting requirements for US and Ukraine companies;
  • Experience working with client banks and global payment systems in the US, EU, and Ukraine;
  • Structured thinking, able to make data-driven business conclusions and propose improvements;
  • Result-oriented, committed, responsible, and ready to act independently;

 

What are the responsibilities:

  • Oversight of financial reporting, financial planning, and budgeting;
  • Development and enhancement of financial processes and internal controls;
  • Looking for opportunities for optimization of administrative and business-related costs;
  • Ability to establish a strong controllership mindset within the area of responsibility by providing appropriate financial support in the attainment of operating goals and objectives;
  • Payments control, involvement in legal and tax matters;
  • Payments control private entrepreneurs of our employees;
