Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lviv for a LinkedIn Ads Campaign Specialist. The LinkedIn Ads Campaign Specialist will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, developing and executing high-performance LinkedIn advertising campaigns, performing analysis, and monitoring of campaigns. The LinkedIn Ads Campaign Specialist will also provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or another relevant field.
  • 1+ years of experience in developing, executing, and managing LinkedIn ads campaigns, including experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in execution of demand generation campaigns through LinkedIn advertising, specifically driving leads through LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Lead Forms.
  • Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization with a track record of improving click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per click (CPC).
  • Detailed understanding of LinkedIn audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and measurement and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with analytics tools, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
